External Dispute Resolution

If you have already made a complaint to us and you are not satisfied with the response provided to you, or after 90 days has passed since you first complained, then you have the option to refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA replaced the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) as the relevant external dispute resolution body for complaints about superannuation from 1 November 2018.
