If you’re considering making a change, we recommend you seek financial advice before taking action.
Delays to investment option changes
We’re experiencing higher than normal requests for investment option changes. This is having an impact on the time it takes us to process changes and when you can see the change online. For changes to your current investments, it may take up to two weeks for your new options to be reflected in your online account. This delay does not impact the timing of when your change takes effect as this will be backdated. You can learn more about the timing for investment option changes here.
