IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

  • The insurance cover shown includes the value of your current account balance.
  • Your insurance cover may be subject to exclusions as previously advised to you. Contact Customer Service on 1300 880 588 (7:00am to 7:00pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday) if you require further information.
  • Where you have Income Protection please refer to the specific conditions within the Product Disclosure Statement.
  • Note for members of PRIME Super: Income protection cover will cease on the date you terminate employment. However, cover will not be cancelled until we are notified by your employer (cover and premiums will be cancelled retrospectively). If you wish to notify us that you have ceased employment, please contact us.
    If you wish to continue your income protection cover, you must apply to do so within 60 days of ceasing employment.

If you currently have insurance cover, your total benefit, including the insured amount, may be shown on the Dashboard. Note that depending on your benefit design, not all insurance options can be displayed.

If the Dashboard states "not applicable" in any of the columns, this can mean that either your insurance is too complex to be displayed or, you have not elected an option or you do not have insurance. Your insured amount may also be restricted to $0.00 because of this.
