Your personal details
The information below will be used to verify your identity, so please ensure your personal details are correct.
If any details are updated here, they will also be updated on your super account when your application is submitted.
Additional information
To proceed with the online application, your personal details will need to be verified against your existing super account.
You can update your mobile number and email address by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the page and then clicking ‘Personal Details’.
When you’re ready to resume your pension application, click on Mercer’s logo in the top left corner to go to your dashboard, and then click the ‘online application’ link at the top of the screen.
Tell us how you'll fund your pension
Choose how much money you would like to transfer into your new pension account. The transfer will be calculated using daily unit prices, so the amount may fluctuate, depending on unit price changes.
Please note that if you have made any non-concessional contributions to your super account that you wish to claim a tax deduction on, the ‘Notice of intent to claim or vary a deduction for personal super contributions’ form should be submitted to the fund in which the contributions were made, prior to transferring your super to a pension account.
Your investment strategy
By selecting this option when we open your pension account, we will invest your money as it is in your super account and won’t apply a buy-sell spread.
Your pension payments will automatically be drawn down proportionately across all of your investment options.
If you would prefer to select specific investment option weightings for your pension payment drawdowns please select the “Choose how your money is invested” option. Please note if you select this option, but make no change to where your money is initially invested, you will not be charged a buy-sell spread.

Payment frequency
Let us know how often you would like to receive your pension payments.
If you request to receive monthly pension payments, your payments will be paid on the 15th of each month. The money will appear in your bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. Payments must be made into a bank account held in your name.
If the payment day falls on a public holiday or weekend, the payment will be paid on the business day before.
Income payments will be made from your pension account directly to your nominated bank account.
Your pension payments will commence on the first available pay period after your account has been set up. Please note, it may take up to five business days to set up your account.
Payment amounts
I’d like to receive my annual pension payment as follows:*
